The company currently has a 45% to 65% Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDI) in its employ. The figure varies due to contracts ending and new contracts starting. Quicksilver is currently in a process of restructuring and will soon boost our PDI status to 50% plus at management level. The changes involves converting to a pty (LTD) to assist in the growing needs of our Company.
