Maintenance Program on Printers
As
a Certified Brother Printer Service Center,
we are able to provide the following services:
(This is based on any printer, from dot matrix to laser printers)
· Opening and air dusting of all the internal components.
· Cleaning of the casing (removing paper dust and pieces
of paper).
· Cleaning all the rubber rollers and lubrication of
moving parts.
· Verify the working condition of pick up rollers and
all the relevant fans.
· Recommend any repairs or upgrades that could cause
down time.
· Free quotations on repairs.
· Printers are serviced off site and after hours to
eliminate downtime in the office.
· On site servicing is available on request.
· Free pickup and delivery of machines.

Computers
 Preventative
Maintenance Program on a basic system
(This is based on a system consisting of a
Keyboard, mouse, monitor, desktop casing and the software
that is installed)
· Cleaning of the keyboard
· Cleaning of the Mouse (Rollers and Mouse ball)
· Cleaning of the Monitor (Blowing out dust that collects
inside the monitor due to static electricity).
· Opening the desktop casing and air dusting of internal
components, checking all the relevant cables for kinks,
rips and risk of shorts and re- seating of all the expansion
cards and memory modules.
· Verify the functioning of CPU and Power supply fans.
· Run ScanDisk to check directory and file structure
and the physical condition of hard drives.
· Deleting of all temporary files.
· Cleaning of Internet Cache.
· Report of the status of your system.
· Recommendation of any repairs or upgrades that could
help to minimize any downtime you may encounter.

Optional Maintenance features:
(These features will be charged on a time and material basis
at special rates)
· Test the following: ram, vram, rom, cpu, fpu, system
files, cache, stiffy drive, hard drive, cd rom, zip/jaz drive,
pram, desktop files, 3rd party scsi cards, serial ports, keyboard,
mouse, and Ethernet.
· Check for system conflicts and orphaned and corrupted
files.
· Check hardware for compatibility, connection integrity
and update drivers.
· Check software for compatibility and install updates
(patches) to latest versions (not upgrades).
· Report for management on system configuration audit,
with recommendations for upgrades, backup procedures, employee
use policies and compliance alerts.
Auditing of all software and licenses.
· Any other special request that may be required

components, checking all the relevant cables for kinks, rips
